Gale L. Morgan has worked for The Claude Moore Charitable Foundation since 2005. Previously, she worked as the Executive Administrative Assistant to the County Executive of Fairfax, Virginia. Ms. Morgan retired from employment with Fairfax County after 31 years to come to work for the Foundation. Her tenure with Fairfax County government began in 1975, putting her service at one of the most dynamic periods of growth and change in the County’s history.

Ms. Morgan heads up the financial and administrative functions of the Foundation and, in countless ways, she helps keep the office running smoothly every day. She interacts closely with the Executive Director on the day-to-day operations of the Foundation. Ms. Morgan also works closely with the Deputy Director and Chief Legal Counsel on issues related to the Foundation’s financial classifications codes.
