Jenny Culnen serves as the Foundation’s Grant Executive Assistant, supporting the senior staff, Grants Program Team, and Board of Trustees, also assisting with other points of the Foundation’s day-to-day functions. Ms. Culnen joined the Foundation in January 2021.

Prior to joining The Claude Moore Charitable Foundation, Ms. Culnen was the Administrative Assistant at the State Justice Institute (SJI), a Federally funded non-profit organization that provides grants and scholarships to the court systems in the United States.  Ms. Culnen assisted and managed the grants and scholarships program at SJI while providing support to the Executive Assistant. 

Ms. Culnen graduated from GMU with a B.A. degree in Communications with a concentration in Public Relations.

Jeff Rivera

Claude Moore Scholar – Jeff Rivera is a recent graduate at Virginia Commonwealth University in Richmond, majoring in Radiation Sciences and graduating in May 2019. Jeff’s concentration within his major was Radiography, with a sub-specialization in Cardiac Catheterization for heart imaging.
