Loudoun’s Leading Ladies: Jennifer Montgomery, President and CEO of Loudoun Hunger Relief

At Loudoun Hunger Relief, the nonprofit’s President and CEO Jennifer Montgomery said she has learned one important value to instill among anyone who works or volunteers at LHR: everyone who walks through the door deserves grace and kindness.

It is this value which Montgomery finds grounds her on a daily basis as she manages Loudoun County’s largest emergency food pantry.

Born and raised in Leesburg, Montgomery traveled out of state and out of the country — to North Carolina, London and Australia – for her college and grad school years, but eventually returned home to work for the Town of Leesburg as an events planner.
